Access to the Site is possible twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of the Publisher and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site and related equipment.
To access and use this Site, the User must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts in accordance with applicable law, and the Site is therefore not accessible to minors. By using this Site, you represent that your age legally permits you to use this Site, to enter into legally binding commitments and to bear any liability you may incur as a result of using this Site. You further warrant that you are legally authorized to book and purchase services, either for yourself or on behalf of a third party with the third party's consent.
